Scott Dunn has been ATOL bonded for 20 years with the Civil Aviation Authority. The bond ensures that your holiday is protected. If an ATOL bonded tour operator goes out of business, the Civil Aviation Authority will either arrange refunds for those holidays that have not departed, or ensure that those guest that are abroad can complete their holiday as planned.

Scott Dunn is a member of the Association of Independent Tour Operators (AITO) who monitors quality and performance. AITO provide our guests a full financial guarantee under the Travel Trust scheme.

In the unlikely event that a hotel or airline that we have booked for you goes out of business, we will offer you an alternative of equivalent or better standard, so that your holiday can proceed smoothly.

We are often asked why we are not members of ABTA. The Association of British Travel Agents, is an association for travel agents, as opposed to tour operators. The ATOL bonding we have is the most appropriate for us.
